Batch Cooking Freezer Meals

Trader Joe’s frozen meals are our go to for work lunches, but the portions are way too small for my partner. He’d pack two meals and only eat one serving of rice. So I started batch cooking curry to freeze ahead. Portions are perfectly portioned now, problem solved 🙌 #grocerytomeal #fallme
